Supporting our growing team in line with the growth of the Club, our Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered whilst also ensuring the team is suitably resourced and developed to deliver a 24/7 hour safety and security service to the facility.
About The Role
Based at Leicester City Football Club’s new world-class training ground, the key duties of this role is to lead the Club’s Security Team in delivering a world-class security service to all staff, customers and guests entering the LCFC property. Supporting our growing team in line with the growth of the Club, our Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered whilst also ensuring the team is suitably resourced and developed to deliver a 24/7 hour safety and security service to the facility.
Who We’re Looking For
In addition to their extensive security experience, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead a team to deliver high standards. The Club is looking for an individual who is confident in their ability to problem-solve, deal with difficult situations and to drive continuous improvement in the team’s operation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in ensuring the safety and security of a large venue as well as somebody who is confident in acting as an ambassador to the Club when required.
